Riverfront Transit Center Parking Services

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a qualified parking management firm to provide parking services for the Riverfront Transit Facility. The services include daily parking operations for automobiles on the east and west ends outside of the facility, and charter bus parking operations during special events inside the facility. The contract is for five years and the contractor will be responsible for managing the daily and special events parking, providing equipment and personnel, and maintaining the property in a clean and orderly condition. The contractor will also be required to pay SORTA a percentage of its operating revenue, with a minimum guaranteed fee.
