The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate a single 2003‑built residence in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The scope covers a full interior and exterior renovation, including carpentry, pest control, plumbing, painting, flooring, door and window replacement, siding, fascia/soffit work, and termite treatment. The contractor must submit a responsive bid by September 30, 2026, begin work within two weeks of award, and complete the job within 21 working days, with liquidated damages of $100 per day for overruns. Preference is given to TERO‑certified bidders, who must also pay a 0.5 % fee and $25 per day per non‑Indian employee.
