Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, intends to issue a commercial supply delivery order for web-based outreach Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The contract includes the procurement and delivery of web-based, outreach customer relationship management software, with a period of performance of twelve months and an option for five additional ordering periods. The scope of work includes providing licenses for Government Cloud Plus - Defense, Public Sector Foundation - Advanced – Enterprise Edition - GCPD, Employee Experience for Public Sector – Enterprise Edition - GCPD, Salesforce Shield – GCPD, and GCDP Premier Success – Salesforce Platform – Enterprise Edition.
• The vendor shall deliver all items to the specified address.
• Payment shall not be made until all items are delivered and accepted.
• Deliveries cannot be made on any federal holidays.
• The contract type is a firm fixed price contract.
• The contract includes an option for five additional ordering periods.
