CASE, ELECTRICAL-ELECTRONIC TEST AND MEASURING EQUIPMENT

The DLA Land Warren is soliciting bids for the supply of various electrical-electronic test and measuring equipment, including cases, cable and conduit assemblies, electronic components, and periscope subassemblies. The solicitation is restricted to approved sources, and only the approved source and/or its authorized distributors may submit offers. The Government does not have a Technical Data Package (TDP) for this item, and the TDP is source-controlled to the contractor DRS Network & Imaging Systems. The key requirements of the solicitation include: • The contractor must meet the requirements of the TDP. • The contractor must provide the supplies or services in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor must deliver the supplies to the designated location within 20 days after award. • The contractor must provide pricing for the basic contract quantity and any option quantities. • The contractor must certify that it has made a good faith effort to determine that forced labor from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region will not be used in the performance of the contract.
