Notice of Intent to Award to Corsentino Construction, Inc. for fire suppression pump replacement

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Corsentino Construction, Inc. for the replacement of the existing electric fire suppression pump system and various isolation underground valves in and around the Pump House at TTC. The requirement is to replace the existing system, and Corsentino Construction was identified as the only responsible source capable of meeting the requirement within the required timeframe. • The work involves replacing the existing electric fire suppression pump system and underground valves. • The project requires a comprehensive understanding of the TTC infrastructure and inspection methodology. • The contract will be awarded based on the procedures of FAR 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
