Description
The School District is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive Internet connectivity and to install, maintain, and manage the physical conduit infrastructure that will carry the service. The award will result in a long‑term partnership to support the district’s broadband needs, including any associated design, testing, and inspection activities. Offerors must submit a hard‑copy proposal (original + three copies) by the strict deadline, include all mandatory forms (non‑collusion affidavit, W‑9, addenda acknowledgment, etc.), and certify compliance with Arizona procurement statutes. No electronic submissions are accepted, and the contractor must retain records for five years, maintain required insurance/bonds, and accept net‑30 payment terms.
