Description
The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a new entrance road, security plaza, and associated infrastructure at the Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT). The scope includes full civil works (earthwork, storm‑water piping, fencing, paving), construction of a security building/pavilion, installation of a pre‑engineered metal canopy, utility connections, and an optional demolition of an existing fire‑station. The contract is a fixed‑price, lump‑sum award with a 365‑day performance period once a Notice to Proceed is issued.
