Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Dr. Tania Glenn & Associates, P.A

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Operations (AMO) is seeking to sole source a contract to Dr. Tania Glenn & Associates, P.A. for critical incident response and trauma support services. The contractor will provide clinical coordination, interventions, and follow-up services for AMO employees who have experienced traumatic incidents. The services will include initial and recurrent annual training, phone consultations, and support during Police Week. The contractor will also provide support for ongoing wellness, resilience, and critical incident response initiatives. Some key aspects of the job include: • Clinical coordination of the CIRT to include initial and recurrent annual training • Interventions during and after critical incidents as they arise, and follow-up services and referrals for affected personnel • Phone consultations with CIRT personnel and affected employees • Support during Police Week for initial and returning family members that have been affected by a traumatic event
