Nitrogen Generator

The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a quotation for a Nitrogen Generator. The generator should produce nitrogen gas with a purity of 95% - 99%, and have a maximum size of 6' x 3' x 6'. The generator should be able to supply nitrogen gas for inflating aircraft tires, and should have a membrane nitrogen production system. The required specifications include a storage pressure of 4000 - 5000 psig, an output pressure of 300 - 500 psig, and an output flow of 13 - 20 SCFM. The generator should also be able to operate at a temperature range of 50°F - 125°F, and should have a safety manual included. • The generator should be able to produce dry, oil-less nitrogen gas. • The generator should have an electrical utility requirement of 460V/60Hz/3 Phase. • The generator should be able to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2. • The quotation should include pricing, delivery times, and a written statement explaining how the company will meet the technical evaluation criteria.
