Description
The Children's Trust is seeking an experienced consultant or trainer to facilitate a Train-the-Trainer process for a statewide Home Visiting program. The selected consultant/trainer will work regularly with trainer candidates to guide them in learning and mastering training curricula, assess facilitation skills through observation, provide individualized coaching and feedback, and support fidelity to curriculum and evidence-based models.
The key aspects of this opportunity include:
• Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN) Training (T3 FAN certification required)
• Healthy Families Massachusetts Family Profile Training
• Supporting Parent-Child Interaction Training
• Training frequency: Quarterly
• Modality: In-person and virtual
• Hours: Varying hours for each training session
The project is expected to start on 2/06/2026 and complete on 6/30/2026.
