Knox Gifted Academy Renovation

The Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) is requesting sealed technical and qualification proposals to provide Construction Management (CM) at Risk Services for the design assistance and construction of the Knox Gifted Academy Elementary School Renovation. The project involves renovating the existing school, and the selected contractor will be responsible for providing CM at Risk services, including design assistance, construction, and project management. The contractor will be required to provide a qualified team, including a project manager, superintendent, and other support staff, to manage the project. The scope of work includes providing technical services, such as budget estimating, value engineering, safety programs, constructability analysis, and life cycle cost analysis. The contractor will also be responsible for stimulating bidding, project administration, construction scheduling, change order review, shop drawing review, close-out documents, cost control, inspections, records management, and RFI review. • The contractor must have experience in managing similar projects, including elementary school renovations. • The contractor must have a strong team with the necessary qualifications and experience to manage the project. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed project schedule, including milestones and deadlines. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive project budget, including all costs and expenses. • The contractor must be able to provide a plan for managing and minimizing risks associated with the project.
