Knox County Schools is seeking a comprehensive, ACT‑aligned academic programming solution for its K‑12 students. The contract requires delivery of an online ACT assessment platform, in‑person or virtual boot‑camp prep sessions, professional development for teachers and administrators, and supporting instructional resources. Proposals must be submitted in hard‑copy binders (original + exact copy) plus a searchable PDF on a flash drive; electronic submissions are not accepted. The award will be a one‑year initial term with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and vendors must provide a detailed cost sheet covering all components.
