Description
This solicitation covers the construction of concrete pavement, sidewalks, curb‑and‑gutter, aggregate base, excavation, seeding, and traffic control for multiple city parks in Salina, Kansas. The work includes removal of existing curb‑and‑gutter, installation of new reinforced concrete pavement (6‑in variable thickness) with specific reinforcement, and ADA‑compliant sidewalk construction. Four optional alternates address specific park sidewalk repairs, median installations, and related site work. The City requires completion of substantial work by March 1 2027, with final payment by April 1 2027.
