Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from experienced firms for on-call drain and sewer cleaning services. The selected contractor will provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform drain and sewer cleaning services throughout the agency. The contract term is three years, and the contractor must have experience servicing large volume, multiple location customers. Key responsibilities include providing drain and sewer cleaning services of the highest quality, competitively priced, and delivered in a timely manner.
• The contractor must have adequate financial resources to perform the contract.
• The contractor must have a satisfactory performance record.
• The contractor must have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
• The contractor must have a satisfactory record of compliance with public policy.
• The contractor must not have been suspended, debarred, or otherwise determined to be ineligible for award of contracts by the Department of Housing and Urban Development or any other agency of the U.S. Government.
