The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting a Virtual Industry Day to provide interested parties with a clear understanding of the Government's anticipated requirement and project timelines for the NSA-U Consolidation Mission Facility in Utah. The project involves the design and construction of several facilities, including an administrative facility, a commons facility, a parking structure, and a vehicle control point. The project will be procured through a two-phase design-build process, with a firm-fixed-price contract type. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000. The project is expected to last 1,310 calendar days.
• The administrative facility will provide administrative space, support space, infrastructure, equipment, and communications space, and storage areas, and will be built to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards.
• The commons facility will provide personnel support spaces, including a fitness center, a grab-and-go cafeteria, outdoor seating, unclassified conference rooms, mechanical, electrical, and telecom support spaces, as well as a loading dock.
• The parking structure will be constructed to provide privately-owned vehicle (POV) parking for staff and visitors, and will include accessible parking, pedestrian stair towers, and elevators.
• The vehicle control point will consist of an overhead canopy with two guard booths, inbound and outbound roadways, overwatch booth, and rejection lane with rejection shelter.
