The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to fully rehabilitate a single-family home located at 506 N Maple St, Nowata, Oklahoma. The work includes all interior trades—carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, painting, and plumbing—to bring the residence up to current code and finish condition. The home tested positive for lead‑based paint, so the contractor must follow the attached LBP clearance safety plan. The project must start within 14 calendar days of award notification and be completed within 45 working days, with a $100 per‑day liquidated‑damage charge for any extension beyond the contract end date. Preference will be given to bidders who hold TERO certification.
