PURCHASE OF MOTOR OIL, ANTIFREEZE, HYDRAULIC OIL AND TRANSMISSION FLUID

The Town of Ramapo is seeking bids for the purchase of motor oil, anti-freeze, hydraulic oil, and transmission fluid. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the products to various departments within the Town of Ramapo. The quantities listed are estimates only, and the Town reserves the right to adjust the quantities as needed. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a sworn statement of their ability to deliver the products, including experience, technical ability, and organization. • The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informalities in the bidding process.
