The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is establishing a rolling‑enrollment, open‑competition contract for the State Police Air Wing to procure aircraft equipment, parts, supplies, and comprehensive repair and maintenance services. The contract will be a blanket agreement covering the existing fleet of Airbus EC‑135 helicopters, Cessna Grand Caravan EX, Cessna 182P, and any future aircraft acquisitions, with options for additional ground‑support equipment and training.
