Description
The Massachusetts State Police Airwing Unit is seeking vendors to provide a comprehensive video‑downlink solution, including antennas, receivers, networking hardware, and a secure web‑streaming service for airborne video feeds. The contract will be a rolling‑enrollment, blanket‑type agreement with a maximum term of six years (initial two‑year term plus up to four one‑year extensions). Work includes site surveys, engineering, installation, testing, ongoing 24/7 maintenance, warranty extensions, and training for state personnel. Vendors must also comply with the Supplier Diversity Program and submit all required forms (IT terms, Prompt‑Pay Discount, SDP plan, etc.).
• Provide video downlink receivers, antennas, BDCs, switches, power, and related infrastructure for up to six ground sites.
• Deliver a secure web‑streaming service capable of supporting up to 250 simultaneous users, with 1 TB monthly outbound data.
• Offer installation, permitting, environmental review, ongoing maintenance, warranty, and training services under a rate‑contract structure.
