The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS), is seeking a cloud‑based, WCAG‑2.1 AA‑compliant video player and hosting solution for content embedded on Mass.gov. The solution must support up to 25 user seats, provide robust accessibility features (keyboard navigation, screen‑reader support, multi‑language captions, audio description, etc.), integrate with the agency’s Drupal CMS, offer ≥ 7 TB storage, and meet stringent security and FedRAMP requirements.
