Managed Hosting Provider for GovHub

The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), on behalf of the Office of Digital Services and Solutions, is seeking qualified Managed Hosting Providers to deliver a secure, resilient, scalable, and fully managed hosting environment for GovHub – the State of Georgia’s enterprise Drupal‑based content management system that powers public‑facing websites for over 90 state agencies. The contract will cover infrastructure provisioning, cloud hosting, application‑level support, monitoring, security hardening, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the GovHub platform. • Provide end‑to‑end hosting services (infrastructure, platform, and application layers) for a multi‑agency Drupal CMS. • Ensure compliance with state security standards, including data encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. • Deliver 24/7 support, incident response, and service‑level agreements for uptime and performance. • Offer scalability to accommodate traffic spikes across dozens of agency sites. • Include regular patching, upgrades, and backup/recovery processes. • Participate in an optional Offerors’ Conference (Oct 14, 2026) for clarification. • Submit electronic proposals by Nov 9, 2026.
