Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for the demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The selected contractor will be required to provide all equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the complete demolition of the structures identified. The work must be completed within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the completion of the demolition project.

• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management.
