Description
The Anchor Bay School District, through its construction manager Barton Malow Builders, is soliciting bids for the construction of the “Great Oaks” administration building (Project 26‑02) at the Anchor Bay campus. The scope includes all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and finish work required to deliver a new K‑12 administrative facility, following the design documents prepared by French Associates. Bidders must submit electronic proposals via Building Connected by 1 PM local time on 22 Oct 2026, provide a 5 % bid bond, and be able to furnish performance and payment bonds, insurance, and a sworn conflict‑of‑interest statement. An optional pre‑bid conference is scheduled for 7 Oct 2026, and attendance is mandatory for all bidders. The contract will be executed under AIA Document A132‑2019.
