This sealed‑bid solicitation seeks contractors to execute a 0.632‑mile pedestrian improvement corridor spanning Old Rockbridge Road and Williams Road, including extensive earthwork, concrete, drainage, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, water‑line installation, and a new traffic signal with associated ATMS.
