Gas Leak Detection Survey

The City of Norwich is seeking a qualified consultant or contractor to conduct a gas leak detection survey for its natural gas system. The survey will involve collecting data on gas leaks and safety issues, and the selected contractor will be required to provide turnkey service for the survey. The contract will be for a period of up to five years.
