Architect Engineer Support to support Mobile and Savannah Districts Planning and Environmental Divisions.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, is seeking information from potential qualified Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business, and Unrestricted firms to support Mobile and Savannah Districts Planning and Environmental Divisions. The selected firms will provide Architect-Engineer (AE) Services under individual task orders, including master planning services, project development/management documents, studies, assessments, evaluations, surveys, and testing. The firms must have the necessary disciplines, including project manager, biologist/ecologist/environmental scientist, water resource planner, land-use planner, cultural resources specialist, and civil engineer. • The firms must have experience with Military Master Planning projects. • The firms must have the capability to provide AE services with necessary personnel and manage the disciplines. • The firms must have the capacity to execute at least three task orders under this IDIQ simultaneously. • The firms must have past performance/experience on IDIQ contracts of similar scope.
