Description
The City of Port Arthur is seeking a qualified firm to design the renovation of a metal building into a gun range and training facility for the police department. The facility is approximately 7,200 square feet and includes a gun range area, bathrooms, training room, breakroom, office, and parking area. The selected firm will be responsible for collaborating with staff to define the purpose, functionality, and aesthetic vision for the gun range and training facility, presenting design concepts, and developing a site plan and floor plan. The firm will also be required to provide a comprehensive response to every section within the RFQ, including experience, past performance, and project approach.
• The gun range and training facility will be used by the police department for training and practice.
