Flanery Park Improvements Project No. 26-711

The City of Fridley is seeking a contractor to complete a comprehensive park renovation for Flanery Park. The scope includes demolition, paving, grading, court reconstruction, curb installation, fencing, concrete walkways, and landscaping, with all work required to be finished by June 30 2027. This is a standard competitive bid for civil‑construction services. • Site removals, grading, and bituminous paving • Reconstruction of basketball and tennis courts • Installation of concrete curbs, sport‑court fencing, and 4″ concrete walkways/pads • Landscaping and site restoration to bring the park back to an operational condition
