Description
The project involves replacing windows in Buildings 4, 8, and 9 at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing windows, disposing of lead and asbestos-containing materials, and installing new windows, frames, and sashes. The work will be completed in an occupied building, and the contractor must ensure that all construction activities are completed behind proper construction barriers. The project includes demolition, abatement, and new construction, and the contractor will be responsible for the movement, adjustment, and storage of all furnishings disturbed during construction.
