26-044 Mountain Creek Road Maintenance Phase 2 Project

The City of Sandy Springs is seeking bids for the Mountain Creek Road Maintenance Phase 2 Project. The project involves the installation of Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP) to approximately 90 linear feet of 60" Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP), removal and installation of the downstream headwall, installation of stream bed protection in the downstream section, installation of black coated handrail, site grading, and erosion control. The contractor is required to submit a traffic control plan for the City's review and approval prior to lane closures. During construction, one lane of the roadway must be open at all times. • The project requires the installation of CCCP to 90 linear feet of 60" CMP. • The contractor must remove and install the downstream headwall. • The contractor must install stream bed protection in the downstream section. • The contractor must install black coated handrail. • The contractor must perform site grading and erosion control. • The contractor must submit a traffic control plan for the City's review and approval. • The contractor must keep one lane of the roadway open at all times during construction.
