The City of Houston Airport System seeks a qualified vendor to supply, fabricate, and deliver a complete commercial‑grade pair of 16‑gauge hollow‑metal steel doors together with all required hardware, finishes, and factory preparations. The scope includes providing the doors, hinges, flush bolts, thresholds, weatherstripping, meeting astragals, hinge fillers, door closers, and associated components, fully assembled and ready for installation at the specified warehouse location.
• One (1) pair of 16‑gauge steel doors (3′ × 7′ each) with factory‑applied prime‑paint finish.
• Full hardware kit: continuous hinge, flush bolts, aluminum thresholds, weatherstrip, meeting astragals, hinge fillers, door closers, and ASA FB astragal.
• Vendor must deliver the complete, new, defect‑free assembly to the Supply Chain Management Warehouse in Humble, TX, including all packing slips and handling any back‑orders.
