Description
The US Army is seeking proposals for the development and experimentation of a mature and available wheeled Mobile Tactical Cannon (MTC) system to replace existing artillery systems. The proposed system should be based on a wheeled chassis, have a caliber between 49 and 56 calibers, and be compatible with 155mm class artillery ammunition. The system should also provide armored protection for the crew and be compatible with JP-8 or F-24 fuels. The proposal should include a technical volume, substantiating data, and a cost volume.
