Description
The Charlotte Public Schools is seeking a vendor to provide self-provisioned fiber maintenance services for its seven school buildings. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of fiber optic cables, as well as handling unscheduled outages and customer problem reports. The vendor will also be required to provide a 24/7/365 phone number for emergency services and to have a plan in place for service restoration or improvement in the event of an outage.
