The scopes of work in Bid Package 12 include finish carpentry, spray polyurethane foam roofing systems, joint fillers, sealants, and caulking, doors, windows, interior finishes, flooring, window treatment, steel lab cabinets and accessories, dumbwaiter, fire suppression systems, and cranes and hoists.
