Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure high voltage (HV) transformers that are compatible in all aspects with existing systems. The transformers must be manufactured by NASCENTechnology or equal. The contractor shall provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the order shall be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contractor shall provide 300 units of low-temperature co-fired ceramic high voltage, high temperature transformers.
• The contractor shall provide shipping and freight costs to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to commercial supplier agreements and contract terms and conditions.
• The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer.
• The contractor shall ensure that all supplies or services tendered for acceptance meet the requirements of the contract.
