NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - ISPORTSMAN INTERFACE

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for the iSportsman interface on a sole source basis to Applied Sciences and Information Systems, Inc. The iSportsman interface is a website interface for Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and includes one year of warranty. Applied Sciences and Information Systems, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting the Army's needs due to their ownership of intellectual property and materials related to iSportsman, and their compliance with FEDRAMP requirements and the Sikes Act. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing the iSportsman interface for Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD • Including one year of warranty • Meeting FEDRAMP requirements • Complying with the Sikes Act • Serving as the sole enterprise solution for United States Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) installations
