Industry Standards Access

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking a contractor to provide access to industry standards from Standards Development Organizations (SDO) to support product development and sustainment of Navy products. The contractor will provide a centralized search engine website with access to electronic and paper copies of listed industry standards or Non-Government Standards (NGS). The contractor will also provide additional standards, including a minimum of 90% of the DoD Adopted ASSIST NGS Listing. The contract will have a period of performance from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2031. • Access to industry standards from SDO such as AIA, ASHRAE, ASTM, ASME, AWS, IEEE, NFPA, SAE International, UL, and US DoD Adopted. • A centralized NGS search engine website with user account establishment. • Access to Naval Instructions and Directives, Active and Historical DoD Directives, and US DoD Adopted Industry Standards. • Annual training to support the use of product tools. • Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) deliverables with a delivery schedule for each option year.
