HAZMAT Container Doors and Door Hinges

The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a contractor to provide HAZMAT container doors and door hinges for the USNS Washington Chambers. The contract will be a firm, fixed-price contract, and the contractor will be responsible for delivering the items to the Military Sealift Command in San Diego, CA. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for each item delivered under the contract. • The contractor must comply with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • The contractor must provide a warranty for the items delivered under the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
