Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians Broadband Remodel Project

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians are seeking a qualified contractor to complete a Broadband Infrastructure Remodel Project at the Siletz Administration II Building. The project includes the construction of a secure server/data room, installation of broadband-ready infrastructure, remodel of a small kitchen/breakroom space, and associated electrical, HVAC, and structural improvements. The contractor must demonstrate experience with commercial remodel construction, data/server room construction, and IT infrastructure. The project requires coordination between IT specialists, electricians, and general contractors. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction of a dedicated server/data room with secure access and climate-controlled HVAC system • Installation of broadband infrastructure, including fiber optic cabling and structured cabling • Remodel of a small kitchen/breakroom space, including new cabinetry, countertops, and appliances • Upgrade of electrical and mechanical systems, including dedicated circuits for server equipment and HVAC systems • Compliance with CTSI procurement policies, equal employment opportunity requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and tribal regulations
