Description
The Northwest Community Schools is soliciting quotations for a Building Security System. The system includes installation and relocation of a classroom door barrier system, and window and door protective covering. The district's preferred design or close facsimile will be given full consideration. The project involves the installation of the system in all 5 school buildings. Bidders must submit a completed "Vendor Profile" form and a "Pricing Summary" sheet, along with any additional vendor information.
• The equipment description is listed on the Pricing Summary sheet in Appendix B.
• The bidder is responsible for ensuring the proposal includes all necessary components to meet the performance expectations for a building security system.
• The successful bidder must comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, regulations, ordinances, and codes.
• The bidder must provide a brief written statement summarizing their response.
• The bidder must include a guarantee for the equipment, with a minimum of one year.
