F103--SPS Critical Water Testing

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to determine if there are small business sources capable of providing Critical Water Testing for the NWI VA Health Care System. The testing is required to ensure the health and safety of patients, employees, and visitors. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and analyzing water samples, providing test results, and recommending corrective actions if necessary. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from 02/01/2026 to 01/31/2031. • The contractor must be accredited by a recognized body, adhering to ISO/IEC 17025 standards or equivalent for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. • The contractor must have relevant certifications specific to the tests performed under the ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023 standard. • The contractor must provide all materials to collect monthly, quarterly, and annual water samples, including transportation of materials and samples to the testing facility. • The contractor must provide test results via a PDF in an email to a distribution list provided by the VA within 14 days.
