Description
The Luke Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide audio services for the Luke Days 2026 Open House, scheduled for March 20-22, 2026. The contractor shall provide and operate a complete outdoor audio system to ensure clear, consistent, and intelligible sound coverage across the entire air show crowd area and other specified remote areas. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to deliver and operate an audio system that meets the specified performance objectives.
Key requirements include:
• Providing uniform sound coverage across all designated spectator areas
• Ensuring sound is intelligible over ambient crowd and aircraft noise
• Minimizing sound drop-offs and echoes
• Providing qualified technical staff on-site during all event hours
• Conducting full system sound checks with Government representatives
• Providing an Audio Support Plan and On-Site Test
