Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a contractor to repair the restrooms at Mother's Beach. The project includes replacing partitions and fixtures, reinforcing the entry doors, and performing on-site measurements. The contractor must attend a mandatory job walk, hold a CA state license classification of B - General Building, and pay prevailing wages. The project must be completed within 90 days of award of the Purchase Order.
• Replace partitions in both the men's and women's restrooms, including installation of additional metal bracing and longer partition bracing brackets for reinforcement.
• Reinforce both the men's and women's restroom entry door to prevent forced entry and protect the door's locking mechanism.
• Perform on-site measurements of partitions, fixtures, and door entry.
• Provide before-and-after photos, project reports, and a project timeline.
• Transport of all required materials and the daily removal and disposal of project-related waste.
