Description
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services, including substance use treatment, mental health treatment, and urine collection/testing, for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The vendor must be capable of providing services within the catchment area, which includes Denton, Texas. The contract will be awarded based on technical acceptability and the lowest price to the Government.
* The treatment services will be provided to federal defendants and persons under supervision who have been ordered by the Court to participate in treatment.
* The vendor must have a physical site within the catchment area and must be capable of providing all services identified in the Statement of Work.
* The vendor will be required to submit pricing for every identified project code, and the price will be evaluated based on the estimated monthly quantity.
* The contract will include provisions for payment, invoicing, and reporting, as well as requirements for staff qualifications, facility requirements, and emergency procedures.
