All proposals must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids by the October 12, 2026 deadline. • Eligible contractors: CSLB Class B General Building Contractors with active DIR registration. • Contract scope: Minor construction/repair work (plumbing, electrical, concrete, carpentry, signage, landscaping, etc.) at Snapdragon Stadium. • Financial limits: Maximum $1,157,000 per agreement; $50,000 initial bonds rising to 100 % of award amount. • Timeline: Questions due Sept 25 2026, proposals due Oct 12 2026, shortlist notified Oct 23 2026, award Nov 2 2026, work begins Nov 2026.

Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,200,000

The solicitation caps each individual agreement at $1,157,000, and up to three contractors may be awarded separate agreements. Assuming a contractor wins one agreement and captures roughly 30‑40 % of the contract value after overhead, profit margins, and potential change orders, the net earnings could range from about $350,000 to $460,000 per award. If a contractor secures two awards, the total could be $700,000‑$920,000. Therefore a realistic overall budget estimate for a successful bidder is $500,000‑$1,200,000, reflecting variation in the number of projects awarded and the size of each project.
