Parkway Stump Removal and Restoration Contract for 2026-2027

The Village of Mount Prospect is seeking proposals for the removal and restoration of tree stumps on public owned right of ways during calendar year 2026 and 2027 with a possible extension into 2028. The contractor shall provide, at a minimum, the following work: removal and restoration of tree stumps according to the specifications. Interested parties are asked to submit a price per diameter-at-breast-height inch for each size class to remove and restore tree stumps. The key aspects of this job include: • Removal and restoration of tree stumps on public owned right of ways • Work to be done during calendar year 2026 and 2027 with a possible extension into 2028 • Contractor to submit a price per diameter-at-breast-height inch for each size class • Village reserves the right to add or remove stumps from the assigned list at any time prior to the contractor starting the removal process • Contract shall be in effect beginning March 1st, 2026 and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2027, unless terminated by either party under the conditions specified in Section 10, Contract Termination
