Surgical Scope Lease and Maintenance

The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for scopes for surgical use. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, providing training to VA staff, and performing maintenance and repairs as needed. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor must provide products and services that meet or exceed the standards set by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Some key requirements of the contract include: • Providing full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for scopes for surgical use • Delivering and installing equipment at the Tulsa VAMC and Muskogee VAMC • Providing training to VA staff on the use and maintenance of the equipment • Performing maintenance and repairs as needed • Providing certification from the OEM that authorizes the contractor to provide and assemble the products • Meeting or exceeding the standards set by the OEM for the equipment and services provided
