PROSPECT PARK PERGOLA ADA IMPROVEMENTS-Invitation for Bids

The Town of Shrewsbury is inviting sealed bids for ADA improvements at the Prospect Park Pergola. The scope of work includes grading and site work for the construction of approximately 2900 square feet of ADA compliant stabilized aggregate pedestrian and vehicular pathways and the installation of a 380 square foot ADA compliant fundraising brick walkway. The work must be completed by September 11, 2026. • The bid deposit is 5% of the total bid. • Bids will be received in the Town Manager's Office until August 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM. • The Town reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the bids and to reject any and all bids if it shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
