Description
The Prince George's County Government is seeking a contractor to provide asphalt hot and cold mix supply and delivery services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, and stockpiling asphalt cold mix and hot mix materials to support roadway maintenance and emergency repair operations. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with three optional one-year extensions. The contractor must comply with all applicable Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) and Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) specifications and quality standards.
• The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must be able to meet the County's estimated quantities and delivery schedules.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the County.
