Owner's Project Manager for the Design and Renovation of Two Municipal Administration Facilities

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the design and renovation of two municipal administration facilities. The project involves upgrading building systems, modernizing finishes, and improving the overall efficiency of the facilities. The Owner's Project Manager will be responsible for representing the Town and acting as the Town's agent and consultant throughout the project. The scope of work includes providing advice and consultation with respect to design, value engineering, scope of work, cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor prequalification, scheduling, bidding, and construction.
